Blakey Ridge to Grossmont completed today which means there is now ONLY ONE DAY LEFT of this absolute madness.

Over the last two weeks Andy and Josh have walked more than 180 miles across the country through rain, wind, hills, moors, mud, blisters and what has basically felt like every weather warning the UK has to offer. But today… the sun finally decided to make an appearance. Which is lovely and all, except I can almost guarantee neither of them wore sun cream because after two solid weeks of looking like drowned rats they probably forgot the sun even existed.

Tomorrow is the big one — Robin Hood’s Bay!! After carrying a stone all the way from St Bees, tomorrow they finally get to throw it into the sea and officially complete the coast to coast. Massive moment after everything they’ve put themselves through.

Honestly what they’ve done is incredible. Most people complain after walking round Tesco. These two have dragged themselves across the country surviving mainly on determination, caffeine, wet socks and whatever Andy sings Josh to sleep with every night.

And speaking of reunions… Lou cannot WAIT to get Josh back. Although after 15 days of hiking, sleeping in fields and fermenting in waterproofs, she might want to hose him down in the garden first before letting him indoors.

Over £1500 raised so far as well which is absolutely amazing

Every mile, every blister and every miserable weather forecast has all been for EyUp! Charity and raising awareness for men’s mental health — and we honestly couldn’t be prouder of them both.

What they’ve achieved is massive. One more day lads. Smash it 💪
